Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

Not legal advice. Vislify is a software tool that assists with organizing evidence and drafting visa petition documents. Vislify is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice or legal representation, does not review your case as an attorney, and does not file petitions or applications with USCIS or any government agency on your behalf. Immigration law is complex and fact-specific. You should consult a qualified immigration attorney before filing any petition or application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vislify platform and services ("Service") operated by Vislify LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, do not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vislify LLC. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

Vislify is an AI-assisted document drafting platform that helps individuals organize evidence and draft text for US visa petitions, including EB-1A (Extraordinary Ability), EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver), O-1A (Extraordinary Ability nonimmigrant), and potentially other categories added in the future.

The Service uses large language models (AI) to generate petition text based on documents you provide. AI-generated content is a starting point for drafting only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, correcting, and editing all content before use in any official filing with USCIS or any other government body.

Vislify does not guarantee approval of any visa petition or immigration benefit. Petition outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to the strength and credibility of your evidence, the completeness and accuracy of your filings, USCIS adjudication standards, government discretion, requests for evidence, interviews, background checks, and changes in immigration law or policy.

Vislify does not submit forms, petitions, applications, exhibits, responses to requests for evidence, or any other materials to USCIS, the U.S. Department of State, or any government agency on your behalf. Unless we expressly state otherwise in a separate written agreement, you are responsible for preparing, reviewing, signing, filing, tracking, and responding to all government submissions.

3. No Immigration Outcome Guarantee

Vislify does not guarantee that any petition, application, filing, evidence package, cover letter, recommendation letter, legal argument, or other material created with the Service will result in approval, acceptance, admission, visa issuance, immigration benefits, or any other favorable outcome.

USCIS, the U.S. Department of State, and other government agencies make independent decisions based on the complete record, applicable law and policy, officer discretion, agency workload, background checks, requests for evidence, notices of intent to deny, interviews, and other factors outside Vislify's control.

You understand and agree that a petition or application may be rejected, refused, denied, delayed, challenged, or approved with different terms than expected, even if you used Vislify exactly as intended. You are solely responsible for deciding whether, when, and how to file any petition or application and for reviewing all materials before submission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vislify LLC is not responsible or liable for any refusal, denial, rejection, delay, request for evidence, notice of intent to deny, loss of filing fees, loss of opportunity, loss of immigration status, missed deadline, or other immigration consequence arising from or related to your use of the Service or materials created with the Service.

4. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep your account information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at pierre@vislify.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You may not share your account with others or allow third parties to access the Service using your credentials. Each account is for a single user only, unless otherwise permitted by a business plan we offer.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

Vislify offers one-time Access Passes. Early access prices are $9 for 1 month, $19 for 3 months, and $29 for 6 months. The planned standard prices are $39, $99, and $169. All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change with notice.

Access Passes are paid once and do not create a subscription or automatic renewal. Access begins when payment succeeds. If you purchase another Access Pass while your access is active, its full number of calendar months is added to the end of your current access period.

Existing lifetime access remains permanent. Lifetime customers do not need and cannot use Access Passes to extend an expiration date.

Refunds. Vislify offers a 3-day money-back guarantee. If the Service is not helping you make progress, contact us within 3 days of your purchase at pierre@vislify.com and we will issue a full refund. Outside of this window, all sales are final except where required by applicable law or in cases of duplicate charges or clear billing errors.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize Stripe to process charges on our behalf in accordance with Stripe's terms of service.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Vislify uses artificial intelligence to generate draft petition text. You understand and agree that:

  • AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or errors. You must review all AI output carefully before including it in any filing.
  • Vislify does not guarantee that any AI-generated argument will be persuasive, accurate, or legally sound for your specific circumstances.
  • Using AI-drafted content, uploaded documents, generated arguments, suggested evidence mappings, or any other Service output in an official USCIS filing or other government submission is your sole responsibility. We are not liable for any refusal, denial, rejection, delay, request for evidence, notice of intent to deny, or other immigration outcome resulting from your use of those materials.
  • The Service may help draft persuasive language, but it does not determine eligibility, make legal judgments, verify every fact, evaluate whether filing is advisable, or replace professional legal review.
  • No attorney-client relationship is created between you and Vislify LLC or any of its employees by your use of the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Submit fraudulent, falsified, or misleading information to USCIS or any government agency
  • Upload documents that are forged, altered, or do not belong to you without written authorization
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your credentials
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, decompile, or abuse the Service or its underlying AI systems
  • Use automated tools to access or extract data from the Service
  • Share account credentials or allow unauthorized third parties to access the Service
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we believe, in our sole discretion, has violated these acceptable use requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

Your content. You retain ownership of all documents, data, and materials you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Vislify LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and use your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership over your User Content.

Our content. The Service, including its platform, codebase, AI workflows, prompts, user interface, design, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Vislify LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our proprietary content without our express written permission.

AI output. Petition drafts and text generated by the AI using your uploaded content are provided to you for your personal use. We do not claim ownership over AI-generated outputs that are based solely on your User Content.

No training on your data. We do not use your uploaded documents or petition content to train AI models.

9. Privacy and Data Security

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. VISLIFY LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR USE IN ANY OFFICIAL FILING. NO ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP IS CREATED BY USING THE SERVICE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VISLIFY LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY REFUSED, DENIED, REJECTED, DELAYED, OR CHALLENGED IMMIGRATION PETITION OR APPLICATION; ANY REQUEST FOR EVIDENCE OR NOTICE OF INTENT TO DENY; LOSS OF FILING FEES; LOSS OF IMMIGRATION STATUS; LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT, BUSINESS, EDUCATION, OR TRAVEL OPPORTUNITY; LOSS OF DATA; LOSS OF REVENUE; OR COSTS OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL VISLIFY LLC'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree that the immigration consequences of any filing decision are outside the scope of the Service and outside our control. Your sole remedies for dissatisfaction with the Service are to stop using the Service, close your account, and request any refund available under our refund policy.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vislify LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

13. Termination

You may close your account at any time through the account settings or by contacting us. Closing your account does not convert an Access Pass into a recurring charge and does not create a refund outside the refund policy above.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or if we determine that continued access poses a risk to the Service, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service ends immediately. We may delete your User Content after a reasonable retention period following account closure, except where we are required to retain records by applicable law.

Sections 3, 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15 of these Terms survive termination.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in those courts.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email to the address associated with your account and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Changes take effect 14 days after notification for existing users, or immediately for new users.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your account.

16. Miscellaneous

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vislify LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
